“Rowing the Atlantic” celebration cruise!
Budi, Juan, Joachim and Jean-Pierre, aka The Rowing Stones, rowed the Atlantic in December. It took them around 50 days, during which they rowed 12h a day each, ate freeze-dried food and slept in a tiny cabin.
You had probably known us for our giant booze cruises in the Mediterranean, where we took the concept of “sailing with friends” to a whole new scale and intensity. With this celebration cruise, we branched out into a new area: sea-based adventures at the other end of the world.
What was the difference? This time, we wanted to discover places, enjoy breath-taking sceneries, go on day-trips, take the time to chill, and come back with memories (and not just blackouts).
What stayed the same? It was organised by friends for friends, who took care of you from start to finish so you could sit back, relax and enjoy the ride with a handpicked group of amazing people — oh, and if you wanted to get smashed every night, we weren’t your mum.
The result was epically hedonistic, with the most amazing waters we had ever sailed and an absolutely amazing group of seafarers.
Little known fact: we said in the invite "this is probably the climax of everything we’ll ever organise!" ...and it was, until the FFFFF idea brewed in Martinique, whilst the success of this Caribbean dream made us think of Polynesia. Let's see where this all goes, but why stop here ?
